Tracy Knowles has a diverse and extensive work experience. Tracy started their career at Flex-N-Gate as a Plant Accountant from 2000 to 2009. Following that, they worked at HCR ManorCare as a Business Office Coordinator from 2009 to 2010. Tracy then joined Champaign County Nursing Home as an Accountant from 2010 to 2011 and subsequently worked at Walgreens as an Accounts Receivable Specialist from 2011 to 2012.
In 2012, Tracy joined National Wound Care as an Accountant, where they handled day-to-day accounting tasks including payroll, human resources, and purchasing until 2013. Tracy then joined Eden Supportive Living as a Business Office Manager, taking responsibility for various financial tasks such as accounts payables, accounts receivables, and payroll, as well as managing budgets, staffing, and preparing tax credits. Tracy also provided customer service to the residents.
Tracy's career continued to advance at Eden Supportive Living, where they held the role of Assistant Executive Director from 2013 to 2016. Tracy then became the Executive Director until 2023. Additionally, Tracy took on the role of President of Eden Supportive Living from 2023 onwards.
In 2015, Tracy also worked as a Presenter at Younique Cosmetics for a year. Moreover, they joined Eden Services in 2018 as the Vice President of Operations, overseeing the company's operations until 2023.
Tracy Knowles has a Master's of Business Administration Healthcare Management from the University of Phoenix, completed from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2008, Tracy earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Kaplan University. Tracy also holds an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Parkland College, acquired from 2004 to 2006.
