Andy Baumgartner

Andy Baumgartner is the current Sales Manager at Eden Workplace. Prior to that, they served as the SMB Sales Team Manager at Formstack from August 2014 to January 2022. In this role, they managed a group of local and remote sales reps across four brands, provided call coaching and feedback on sales techniques, created and adjusted monthly and quarterly goals for the team, and used group and 1:1 sessions to address any gaps as well as celebrate successes to improve efficiency. Andy also created contests and incentive programs for the Inbound Team and worked directly with the VP of Sales on any new sales initiatives and trainings.

Before Formstack, Andy was the Newspaper Account Manager at PERQ from January 2014 to August 2014. In this role, they managed a book of 250 newspapers and newspaper groups around the country, served primarily in winback and acquisition of new client to the PERQ brand, uncovered new and different print/digital products to cater to the newspaper’s need to grow their own business, and consistently performed as a top performer based on behavior metrics. Andy also led the newspaper department as well as the company in outgoing calls per month as well as Salesforce/Salesvue activity. Furthermore, they trained and coached colleagues on Salesforce methods as well as was a champion for new Salesvue launch.

Andy Baumgartner's educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communications from Ball State University, as well as certification from Market Motive in Internet Marketing Fundamentals and Google in Google Adwords.
