The Healthcare Management team at Edenbridge Health oversees the delivery of integrated, community-based care specifically designed for the frail elderly population. Led by the Chief Geriatrician and the EVP of PACE Operations, the team focuses on enhancing patient outcomes by coordinating services, expanding provider networks, and ensuring that care remains person-centered and tailored to the unique needs of seniors in the community.
