Cristiane Tavolassi

Cristiane Tavolassi has a diverse work experience in project management and PMO roles. Cristiane worked as the Head PMO IT Americas at Edenred since April 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Volunteer Staff at PMI São Paulo from January 2015. In 2020, they became a Hub Brazil Volunteer at PMO GLOBAL ALLIANCE. Between November 2015 and February 2017, they were a Project and Program Manager/PMO at Minutrade, where they successfully managed various international programs and projects. Additionally, they played a key role in designing and implementing the PMO department and the Project and Program Management Methodology at Minutrade. From January 2011 to May 2015, they served as a Senior Project Manager/Corporate PMO at Cielo, responsible for managing multiple projects in the acquiring areas and leading the development and implementation of new project management methodologies and PMO areas.
