Daniel Burstein

Daniel Burstein is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer support and operations, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Customer Support and Success at USEdenred since October 2025. Prior roles include Senior Advisory Consultant at FITS Consulting, where Daniel led a customer experience framework implementation for Broadridge's Wealth SaaS Platform, and Vice President of Customer Experience Operations at Broadridge, where Daniel spearheaded a customer experience transformation initiative. Daniel's leadership capabilities were further demonstrated through various positions at Linedata, including Head of Fund Services for North America, and earlier roles at Thomson Reuters. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Saint Michael's College.
