Kiran Shah started their work experience in 2006 as an IT Technician at the Medical Protection Society. They then moved on to the Home Office in 2008, where they worked as a Remote Service Technician in the IAFS HELPDESK. In 2010, they joined Mott MacDonald as a 2nd and 3rd line IT support specialist. From 2018 to 2021, Kiran worked at Genistar as an Infrastructure Manager, where they were responsible for various IT management tasks, including infrastructure migration to Azure Cloud, managing data centers and VMware environments, as well as implementing various solutions and upgrades. Currently, Kiran is working at Edenred as the Infrastructure and IT operations lead.
Kiran Shah attended Croydon College from 2009 to 2010, where they studied Comp Tia A+ & N+. In addition, Kiran has obtained several certifications including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in 2021, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) from EC-Council in August 2019, IT Security Management Principles from BCS in 2019, Comp TIA A+ and Network+ from CompTIA (year not specified), ITIL Foundation V3 (institution not specified), and Service Desk Analyst from the Service Desk Institute.
