Razvan Popescu

Razvan Popescu has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Razvan currently serves as the Human Resources Director, Global Technology at Edenred since April 2021. Prior to this role, they held the position of Human Resources Director & Site Leader at Edenred Digital Center Bucharest starting from December 2019.

Before joining Edenred, Razvan worked at DB Schenker as the Head of HR & Support - Global Business Services from September 2017 to December 2019. Razvan also served as the Human Resources Manager - Eastern Europe at Louis Berger from June 2016 to September 2017.

Earlier in their career, Razvan held various HR positions at British Council, including Regional HR Business Partner - Wider Europe, Regional HR Manager - South East Europe, and Head of HR - EU cluster. Razvan was responsible for managing people strategy and implementing global HR models across multiple countries.

Razvan's work experience also includes a role as an HR Business Partner at Vodafone and as a Training & Development Leader at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Throughout their career, Razvan has demonstrated their expertise and leadership in HR management, strategy implementation, and global transformation.

Razvan Popescu pursued their education at the University of Bucharest from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature. Razvan then attended the Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (SNSPA) from 2004 to 2006 and earned a Master's degree in Communication and Human Resources Management. In 2012-2013, they obtained a Professional Certificate in Coaching from Performance Consultants International. Later, from 2015 to 2017, they attended COTRUGLI Business School and obtained an International Executive MBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
