Rogenes Lima

Rogenes Lima has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rogenes is currently the Head of Strategic Planning & Business Excellence at Edenred, where they are responsible for financial planning, analysis, management, and control. Prior to that, they worked at BTG Pactual as a Strategy & Planning Manager, focusing on digital payments and innovation. Rogenes also served as an Administrative Director at Alea S.A., overseeing financial planning and analysis. Earlier in their career, they held various positions at Telefónica, Atento, Philips, SMC, and Bradesco, where they gained expertise in areas such as FP&A, sales support, strategic planning, and corporate finance. Rogenes Lima has consistently demonstrated their ability to lead teams, drive transformation strategies, and manage key performance indicators.

Rogenes Lima completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2001. From 2002 to 2004, they pursued an MBA in Gestão Empresarial from the same institution. Rogenes obtained another MBA in Corporation Finance from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2004 and 2006. Lima also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program in Finance Corporation with a focus on Political Economy at the University of Chicago from 2010 to 2012. In 2014, they completed a specialization course in Empresa Evaluation from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa. In 2021, Lima pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finanças e Mercado de Ações from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa. In 2023, they plan to pursue a Postgraduate Degree in Ciência da Computação from Saint Paul Escola de Negócios. Additionally, Lima obtained a certification in Master Business Administration from University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education, and a certification in Data Science from Vivo (Telefônica Brasil).
