Darren Heaphy

Darren Heaphy is currently the VP of Product at eDesk, where Darren is responsible for powering five-star eCommerce support using transactional intelligence. Prior to this, Darren was the Head of Product Strategy at Taxback International and the Chief Product Officer at Scurri. With a background in project management and customer service, Darren has managed various teams and projects to drive successful change and product development. Darren holds Bachelor's degrees in Executive Business Management and Management in IT from Waterford Institute of Technology.
