Chip Chong

Chip Chong has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Chip has held positions in risk management, consulting, trading, and sales. Chip started their career as a stock broker at Dean Witter Reynolds in 1989 and then became a futures and options market maker in 1990. In 1996, they joined ING Barings Futures and Options Clearing Services as a Senior Vice President in risk management. Chip then worked at Rosenthal Collins Group and The Clearing Corporation in risk management roles. In 2005, they became the Senior Vice President of Risk Management at Fimat USA LLC and later served as the Vice President of Risk Management at Newedge USA LLC. In 2012, they became a self-employed futures trader and risk management consultant. In 2013, they joined ED&F MAN Capital Markets Inc. as the Senior Vice President of Prime Clearing Services. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in risk management, system development, sales, and clearing services.

Chip Chong attended Kaiser High School in Honolulu, HI from 1978 to 1982. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Commercial Tourism at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Chip studied at the University from 1982 to 1987 until they obtained their degree.
