Miguel Valderrama

Miguel Valderrama is a seasoned professional in the energy sector, currently serving as Business Development Manager - Battery Storage at EDF Renouvelables since January 2024. Miguel is also a Future Energy Leader with the World Energy Council, providing support to the energy sector in Peru and Latin America. As a Co-Founder of PYEP, Miguel empowers young energy professionals in Peru. Previous roles include Senior Associate at Pexapark, where Miguel managed substantial renewable project transactions, and Head of Business Development at CVC energía, where Miguel spearheaded various initiatives that significantly increased revenue and optimized operations. Miguel holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge and a Law Degree from Universidad del Pacífico.
