Tristan Zipfel

Tristan Zipfel is an experienced leader in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Director of Strategy, Markets & Investments at EDF Renewables UK & Ireland since March 2020. In addition, Tristan is a Board Member at RenewableUK since September 2023. Previously, Tristan held the position of Chief of Staff to the CEO at EDF Renouvelables from December 2016 to March 2020 and served as Mergers & Acquisitions Manager at EDF from September 2013 to December 2016. Earlier experience includes leading the Financial Planning function for the Hinkley Point C project at EDF Energy and roles as an Analyst in the Office of the CFO and Internships at Morgan Stanley and Close Brothers. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management from HEC Paris and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics, History, Philosophy, and English from Lycée Louis-le-Grand.
