Joni Hamson

Joni Hamson has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. From 2007 to 2010, they worked at Avant Energy, Inc as a Manager of Power Origination. In this role, they were responsible for managing the origination of power projects. From 2010 to present, Joni worked at EDF Renewable Energy. Initially, they served as the Manager of Client Relations and later transitioned to the position of Director of Business Development. In their current role, Joni identifies and develops new business opportunities within the renewable energy sector, coordinates competitive efforts, and creates innovative deal structures to meet the needs of traditional and non-traditional off takers. Prior to this, Joni worked at the North American Energy Markets Association as a Director on the Board of Directors.

Joni Hamson obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from North Dakota State University in 1986.
