Pierre-Emmanuel Gouelleu has extensive experience in procurement management within the renewable energy and offshore sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Procurement at Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind LLC, Pierre-Emmanuel has held key positions at EDF Renewables North America, including Associate Director of Offshore Procurement & Contracts and Offshore Procurement and Contract Manager. Prior roles include Offshore Electrical & Instrumentation Senior Purchaser at EDF Energies Nouvelles and senior consultancy positions in offshore geoscience, IT purchasing, and transportation at AGAP2 and Servier Group Head Office. Pierre-Emmanuel began a career in procurement with a focus on packaging and indirect purchasing at MW Brands. Pierre-Emmanuel holds a Master’s degree in Management and International Trade from Institut d'Administration des Entreprises (IAE) - Bordeaux IV, obtained in 2007.
