Trinity Doughan

Trinity Doughan has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Trinity started their career at Eaton Corporation in 2005, where they worked as a Production Supervisor, EHS Analyst, and EHS Supervisor. In these roles, they managed production departments, executed EHS program implementations, and maintained government agency relationships. In 2012, they joined EDF Renewable Energy as a Regional HSE Specialist, providing safety support for wind turbine sites in the Midwest. In 2015, they transitioned to EDF Renewables North America, where they held the positions of Director, Training and Director, Technical Learning. Trinity's experience showcases their expertise in safety compliance, program management, and employee development.

Trinity Doughan completed their Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication at the University of Northern Iowa from 2002 to 2005.
