Arpan Desai

Arpan Desai has extensive experience in IT security and service management, currently holding a position in IT Security at EDF Trading since February 2017. Prior to this role, Arpan served as Team Lead - Desktop & Service Desk at East Thames Limited, overseeing a team responsible for providing support to 900 users across 70 sites. Arpan's career also includes a role as Senior Service Desk Analyst at Mott MacDonald, delivering first and second line support for 8000 users in Europe and Africa, and experience at DHL Global Mail as IT Service & Infrastructure Analyst. Earlier, Arpan worked in desktop/application support at Philips Electronics. Arpan holds a Master's degree in Computing from the University of Greenwich and a Bachelor’s degree in Computing from Gujarat Vidyapith.
