Francesca Bonavita

Francesca Bonavita currently serves as the VP of Customer Success & Client Operations at Edflex, beginning in July 2024. Prior experience includes a tenure at Splio from October 2017 to September 2024, where Francesca held the title of VP Customer Success EMEA - SME, managing a client portfolio of 400 clients generating €20M ARR and leading efforts in Anti-Churn strategy and team structuring post-merger. During this time, Francesca also launched the Customer Success Practice in France, overseeing a growing team and adapting methodologies to client segmentation. Additional roles have included Customer Success Manager at Clustree, Customer Success Advisor at TalentSoft, and several positions at Externis, where Francesca focused on client satisfaction, project management, and team leadership. Academic qualifications include a degree from KEDGE Business School and preparatory studies at Lycée Paul Cezanne.
