Jim Labrosse

Jim LaBrosse has over 39 years of experience in sales and technical support within the food industry. Currently, Jim LaBrosse serves in a sales role at Weber Flavors since October 2004, specializing in flavors, extracts, colors, and ice cream waves. Previously, Jim LaBrosse was the Northeast Sales Manager at Grande Customer Ingredients Group, overseeing the sales of whey-based ingredients from October 2000 to February 2004. Prior to that, Jim LaBrosse worked as a Northeast Territory Manager for Pfizer/Cultor Food Science, focusing on functional food ingredients. Jim LaBrosse’s career also includes a role as a Food Application Specialist at Pfizer, where technical support and development of applications for functional food ingredients were key responsibilities.
