Joe Rinaldi

Joe Rinaldi has a wide range of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Joe currently holds the position of Lead Talent Partner at BT Group since 2023. Prior to this, Joe worked at Troi as a Sales Manager and Talent Lead from 2021 to 2023. Joe also had roles at Edge 1 as a Telco Talent Lead and at BT as a Talent Lead - Networks, both in 2023. Joe has experience as a Talent Partner at PerchPeek, Mention Me, and SuperAwesome, all via Troi, in 2022 and at SG Digital as a Talent Acquisition Partner from 2019 to 2020. Joe also worked at Xcede as a Principal Consultant and at Recruitment as a Recruitment Manager from 2015 to 2019.

Joe Rinaldi attended Staffordshire University from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a LLB degree in Law.
