Josphat Kihara

Josphat Kihara is an experienced professional in sustainability and engineering, currently serving as an EDGE Expert at EDGE Buildings since January 2020, providing guidance on EDGE certification and facilitating related processes. Prior to this role, Josphat spent over a decade at GlobalTech Safety & Environmental Consultancy, where responsibilities included serving as a Senior Sustainability Project Manager focused on green building initiatives and leading project proposals, as well as holding the position of MEP Project Engineer specializing in design reviews and commissioning plans. Earlier experience as a Mechanical Engineer at Notash Afra involved overseeing the redevelopment of a power plant, ensuring compliance with engineering standards. Josphat's educational background encompasses studies at the University of Nairobi and the Technical University of Kenya.
