Mounir Dous Matta

Mounir Dous Matta serves as the Civil/Structural Engineering Head in the Engineering Department at Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company since February 2013, overseeing civil and structural design and construction activities for Lusail City. Additionally, Mounir holds the position of Structural Design Manager, managing design development and construction compliance. As an EDGE Expert at EDGE Buildings since July 2018, Mounir provides technical support for green building design and EDGE certification. Previous roles include mentoring civil engineering graduation projects at Qatar University, Deputy Head of Structural Engineering at KEO International Consultants, and Sr. Structural Engineer at RMJM and Halcrow Group. Mounir's educational background includes a Post-Graduate Diploma in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Alexandria University.
