Ritesh Lalwani is a seasoned audit and risk management professional with extensive experience in internal audits across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Group Audit & Assurance and Acting Director of Risk Management at EDGE since June 2021, Ritesh has previously held senior positions such as Head of Group Internal Audit & Investigations at Etihad and Assistant Director of Internal Audit at Dubai Properties Group. Ritesh's career began at N Khandelwal & Co as a Junior Partner and progressed through various roles at McDermott Inc and Moore Oman, accumulating a wealth of expertise in internal and statutory audits, tax consultancy, and risk management. Ritesh holds an MBA in Management from the University of Warwick, is a Chartered Accountant, and possesses additional certifications in fraud investigations and information systems auditing.
