Akshi Federici

Akshi Federici has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Akshi is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Edge & Node since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Partner at Kraken Ventures from 2021 to 2022.

From 2019 to 2021, Akshi held multiple roles at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange, including Director of Strategic Finance and Director of Strategic Operations.

In 2017, they joined ConsenSys as the Executive Director of Strategic Projects and Founder and Global Lead of ConsenSys Academy. During their time at ConsenSys, they successfully established and led ConsenSys Academy, launching several courses and programs for developers and non-developers. Akshi also forged strategic partnerships and developed the company's first blockchain-enabled certification ed-tech product. Akshi left ConsenSys in 2019.

In 2016, Akshi worked as an Advisor for the UN Special Envoy for the Financing of the Health MDGs & Malaria, where they led projects related to financing Community Health Worker programs in Africa.

Before that, they served as a Director at BlackRock, where they created a metrics-driven marketing culture and organization. Akshi developed marketing analytics and strategies to inform resource allocation.

From 2014 to 2015, Akshi was the Director of Digital Strategy and Operations at Conde Nast, focusing on strategy and operations across all brands' digital presence.

Akshi started their career at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in 2005 and held various roles, including Project Leader and Associate. Akshi also pursued an MBA at Wharton, sponsored by BCG, during which they interned with the Clinton Foundation and the Gates Foundation.

In 2004, Akshi worked as a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs.

Akshi Federici has a strong education background, with degrees in various fields from prestigious institutions. In 1999, they began their academic journey at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, where they pursued a BTech in Computer Science & Engineering. After completing their undergraduate studies in 2003, Akshi went on to attend Dartmouth College from 2003 to 2005. During this period, they obtained a MEM degree in Engineering Management. Building upon their previous accomplishments, Akshi furthered their education at The Wharton School from 2009 to 2011. Here, they earned an MBA degree with a focus on Finance and International Management.
