Iwona Zawolik

Iwona Zawolik has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Iwona began their career in 2008 as a Customer Service Specialist at Bank Millennium. Iwona then moved to Getin Noble Bank S.A. in 2009, where they first worked as a Junior Banking Accounts Specialist and later as a Banking Accounts Specialist.

In 2014, Iwona joined Clurgo as an IT Recruitment Specialist, a role they held until 2017. Iwona then transitioned to 9CAVS in 2019, where they worked as a Talent Sourcing Coordinator for a few months.

Later in 2019, Iwona joined Allegro.pl as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on acquiring top talent for the company. Iwona held this position until 2020.

Currently, Iwona is working at Edge One Solutions. Iwona started as a Key Account Manager in December 2020 and was promoted to Business Unit Director in October 2022.

Iwona Zawolik completed their education with a Master's degree in Management and Human Resources from Kozminski University between 2015 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Licentiate degree in Management and Marketing from Akademia Swiętokrzyska im. Jana Kochanowskiego w Kielcach between 2005 and 2008.
