Alexandre de Oliveira Freitas has over 30 years of experience in IT support and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Support Analyst at Edge UOL since November 2022, Alexandre previously worked for TIVIT as an IT Support Specialist for 12 years, focusing on managing and resolving issues in IT production flows. Prior to that, Alexandre coordinated production teams at Banco Cacique from 1993 to 2010, overseeing 24/7 operations, preparing managerial reports on performance indicators, and supporting technical decision-making. Academically, Alexandre holds a Technologist degree in Information Technology from Universidade Braz Cubas and a postgraduate specialization in Project Management from Instituto Brasileiro de Tecnologia Avançada.
