Gerald D’Avolio, Jr.

Gerald D’Avolio has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1997 and was an Assistant Attorney General in the Regulated Industries Division (1998-2003). During his tenure as an Assistant Attorney General, Gerald worked on several high profile State and Federal cases. He also directed the legal internship program for the Insurance Division and delivered many presentations on the state’s role in consumer protection, insurance regulation and intervention in bankruptcy proceedings. For the past several years, Gerald has been practicing corporate transaction and contract law. Since Edge Velocity’s inception in late 2004 and continuing, Gerald has reviewed and developed contracts and agreements, assisted in strategic planning and advised the other team members on general corporate matters.
