John Kuchta

John Kuchta has a diverse work experience in IT operations and management. John started their career at SBC as a Technical Director where they enhanced IT support initiatives through the deployment of a monitoring system. John then joined United Airlines as a Director, Operation Service Center, where they improved IT support operations and implemented formal management initiatives. At Eddie Bauer, they integrated the Network Operations Center and Help Desk operations into a single Service Management team and ensured compliancy with audit initiatives. John then worked at Pepsi Beverages Company as a Manager, IT Operation Services, where they managed the data center and improved its efficiency. John also worked at Ascent, LLC as a Critical Systems Engineer, where they managed critical systems operations for a multi-tenant Data Center. At Saggezza, they served as a Technical Operations Lead, implementing best practices and policies for IT operations and delivery processes. John then joined AIM Consulting Group as a Senior IT Operations Consultant, where they improved IT Operations Service Management processes. At SWC Technology Partners, they served as a Senior Consultant, working with clients to implement and revamp their operational support processes. Currently, they are working at EdgeConneX as a Regional Director - Data Center Operations.

John Kuchta attended DePaul University from 1981 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, John also acquired several certifications. In August 2010, they obtained the ITIL V3 certification from Loyalist Exam Services. John further enhanced their skills by obtaining the ITIL Operations and Support Intermediate Certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in August 2015. In May 2016, John obtained the ITIL Release Control and Validation Intermediate Certification, also from AXELOS. John'smost recent certification was the SPCC certification from 360training.com, which they obtained in February 2017.
