Justin G. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Justin started their career at The Curotto-Can as a Mechanical Engineer II & R&D Production Engineer, where they managed R&D prototypes, field prototypes, and provided technical support. Justin then worked at C&H Sugar as a Process Engineer and later as a Plant Project Engineer, overseeing project implementation and generating scopes of work for bid packages. Justin then moved on to ASR Group as a Corporate Project Engineer, designing and managing projects at C&H Sugar. At Phillips 66, Justin worked as a Carbon Plant Engineer, providing technical support and overseeing equipment and processes. Justin then joined Shell as a Staff Mechanical Engineer and later as a Reliability and Rotating Equipment Supervisor, where they led reliability and engineering activities and managed machinery overhauls. Justin then worked at Martinez Refining Company LLC as a Reliability and Rotating Equipment Supervisor, providing leadership in reliability and engineering activities related to the refinery's equipment population. Most recently, Justin worked at Meta as a Data Center Site Startup TPM/PM, ensuring successful startup of new data centers and developing project plans for Facility Operations. Justin currently holds the position of Director, Engineering - Americas at EdgeConneX.

Justin G. completed their high school education at De La Salle Highschool from 2002 to 2006, earning a High School Diploma. Following this, they attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME). In April 2010, Justin also obtained the FE/EIT (Fundamentals of Engineering/Engineer in Training) certification from NCEES.
