Luis Menendez Mateos

Luis Menendez Mateos possesses extensive experience in management and engineering, currently serving as CMMS Regional Manager at Edged since November 2022, overseeing maintenance plans for Data Centers in Iberia. Previously, at Liceo San Pablo, Luis taught Information Technology and Technology from September 2020 to July 2021. Before that, a significant tenure at Ferrovial Servicios, S.A. included roles such as Business Support Manager, focusing on the digitalization of maintenance and cleaning services, and Energy Efficiency Manager, coordinating efficiency efforts. Earlier positions include Energy Manager at Johnson Controls GWS, responsible for energy efficiency across Southern Europe, and Energy Manager at COREN, where Luis developed policies for cost control and renewable energy. Additionally, as Project Manager at Ence - Energía y Celulosa, oversight of an 85M€ project for a new factory in Uruguay was undertaken. Luis holds a Master's degree in Secondary Education from Universidad Europea de Valencia and an Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
