In addition, Russell holds a trustee position at Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad, contributing to the operation of scenic excursion trips through Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Previously, Russell served as Director at AICA - The Alliance of International Corporate Advisors, enhancing collaboration among global investment banking firms. Russell founded and led The TransAction Group as President and CEO for over two decades and has held significant roles at M&A International and Ernst & Whinney, where Russell specialized in merger and acquisition services. Russell earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
