Sahas Sathyanarayana has an extensive work experience in the engineering field. In 2021, they began working as a Sr Staff Engineer at EdgeQ Inc. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Intel Corporation as a LTE/5G NR PHY Firmware Engineer, where they were involved in the implementation of PHY Layer procedures related to NR Data Call, the design and implementation of NR Radio-Link Monitoring feature, and the design of test scenarios and framework for NR features to validate. From 2015 to 2018, Sahas worked at Qualcomm as a Modem Development Engineer and Engineer Small Cell. During this time, they designed and fixed KPI counters of PDCP and MAC Layers, designed an automation framework, and was awarded Qualstar for contribution towards Small Cell 6.x project completion. In 2015, Sahas also worked as a Software Engineering Intern at Cisco, where they worked on three projects related to network management and development. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. In 2012, Sahas completed an internship at Aircraft Research & Design Centre, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), where they designed an 'Automated CB Test Rig' which reduced the cycle time of P.I Check from 2-3 months to one day.

Sahas Sathyanarayana obtained their Secondary School Leaving Certificate (Class 10) from Sadvidya High School in 2007. Sahas then attended Sadvidya Composite PU College from 2007 to 2009, earning a Pre-University College degree in Science PCME. Sahas continued their education at Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering from 2009 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering. Sahas then attended Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 2013 to 2015, earning a Master's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. In addition to these degrees, Sahas Sathyanarayana has obtained numerous certifications from LinkedIn, Kaggle, Intel Corporation, Lynda.com, Udemy Academy, and Code School.
