Jade Rooney

Jade Rooney has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jade began their career as a Columnist and Staff Writer at The Montclarion in 2009 and held this position until 2012. During this time, they also worked as a Receptionist to Sales Specialist at Sign A Rama from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, they interned as a Public Relations Intern at Rob Bailey Communications before moving on to Taylor where they worked as a Public Relations Intern for Diageo from February to April 2013. In 2013, Jade also held a role as a Brand Ambassador at Cava Mezze Foods from September 2013 to February 2014.

Following this, Jade joined SHI International Corp. in 2014, where they initially worked as an Inside Account Manager from February 2014 to June 2016. Jade then transitioned to the role of Marketing Specialist from July 2016 to November 2017. In 2017, they joined IEEE as an Event Planner and worked there until May 2019. Jade then moved on to Edgestream Partners, L.P., where they worked as an Office Coordinator from May 2019 to December 2019 and subsequently became the Office Manager from January 2020 to the present (no end date provided). Throughout their career, Jade has gained experience in various roles, including event planning, marketing, public relations, sales, and office management.

Jade Rooney attended Montclair State University from 2009 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Arts with a concentration in Public Relations. Jade also minored in Journalism during this time. In addition to their bachelor's degree, Jade obtained two additional certifications later on. In June 2022, they received a Certified Interior Designer certification from the New York Institute of Art and Design. In April 2023, Jade obtained Residential Interior Design Qualification Certification from RIDQC.
