Swapnil Kadam currently serves as a Sales Engineer at Edgetech Air Systems Pvt. Ltd. since July 2021. Prior experience includes an internship as a Trainee at L & T Switchgear Limited in early 2017, focusing on air circuit breaker design, and a prior internship at L&T Heavy Engineering in mid-2015, where knowledge was gained in various destructive testing methods such as hardness tests, drop weight tests, tensile tests, and impact tests.
