Joanna Hearne

Joanna Hearne has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Their most recent position was as the Head of Revenue Operations for EdgeTier, starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Manager of Revenue Operations at UCD Professional Academy from December 2022 to July 2023, and also served as the CRM Manager from November 2021 to December 2022.

Before their time at UCD Professional Academy, Joanna worked at iCabbi, where they held the positions of CRM and Market Research Manager from September 2020 to November 2021, CRM, Research and Data from March 2019 to September 2020, and Sales, Marketing, and CRM from February 2018 to February 2019. Joanna also worked at ChannelSight as a Business Development Representative from July 2017 to January 2018.

Joanna gained experience as the Chief Executive Officer of HaySaver from June 2016 to July 2017. Joanna also worked as a Research Assistant at CONNECT Centre from June 2016 to February 2017. Additionally, Joanna gained internship experience at Dublin Aerospace in June to August 2014 and at ESB in June to August 2012.

Joanna Hearne pursued their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Trinity College Dublin from 2010 to 2016. In 2016, they participated in the Launchbox program at Trinity College Dublin, which is a startup accelerator program. In 2017, they attended Technological University Dublin to further develop their entrepreneurial skills through the New Frontiers program focusing on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial development. Additionally, Joanna obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Maths from Trinity College Dublin in 2016. Most recently, they acquired a Specialist Certification in Data Analytics Essentials from UCD Professional Academy in 2022. Joanna also holds a Professional Diploma in Change Management from UCD Professional Academy, which they obtained in 2023. Joanna has several additional certifications, including Microsoft Excel Advanced, Advanced Google Analytics, Google Analytics for Beginners, Hubspot Sales Software, Inbound, Inbound Sales, and Sales Enablement.
