Ricky Davis

Ricky Davis has extensive experience in system operations and application administration, primarily focused on supporting and maintaining tools for System Operations Centers (SOC) across various organizations. Currently serving as an Application Administrator for Edgewater Federal Solutions since April 2021, Ricky has a strong background with Sandia National Laboratories and has held roles at Verizon Federal Network Systems, Black Box Network Services, and Tyto Athene. Ricky's expertise includes troubleshooting server element monitors for various platforms, syslog and SNMP monitoring, and familiarity with network operating systems and enterprise management software. Responsibilities have also included estate management during an extended leave for personal reasons.
