Shaun Poulton

Shaun Poulton has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in the technology and management services industry. Shaun currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Edgewater Federal Solutions, Inc. Prior to that, they were the Chief Information Officer at Salisbury Management, Inc., where they provided operational and management services. Shaun also worked as an Executive IT Advisor at Hartman Executive Advisors and as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Regent Education, where they led product development and IT operations. Shaun has extensive experience in solution services as the Vice President at AETEA Information Technology and as the Director of Application Services at SM Consulting. Shaun co-founded SilverLake Technologies and served as the Principal Partner and Owner, leading the development of technology products. Shaun began their career as a Programmer/Analyst at Legg Mason, American Physical Society, and the National Marine Fisheries Service, where they played key roles in developing internet-based systems and websites.

Shaun Poulton attended Randallstown High School from 1987 to 1991. Following high school, they enrolled at Lehigh University in 1991 but did not complete a degree. Instead, they transferred to the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 1992 and pursued studies in Mechanical Engineering and Information Systems Management until 1995. Moving forward, Shaun attended the University of Maryland Global Campus from 1995 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management.
