Ethan Favia

Ethan Favia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user experience and frontend development, currently serving as Lead User Experience (UX/UI) Designer and Frontend Developer at Onviv since June 2017. Additionally, Ethan holds the position of Principal Consultant at Edgewater Search, focusing on recruiting for UX, UI, Design, and Product positions since August 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Client Service Associate at Union Bank of Switzerland from May 2015 to June 2017, where responsibilities included assisting investment professionals and managing client outreach. Ethan also founded and served as CEO of SpeakerFace LLC from June 2012 to June 2016, overseeing the development of the company's concept and products.
