Anthony Renella is an accomplished executive in total rewards and human resources operations, currently serving as Vice President of Executive Compensation, Global Total Rewards & HR Operations at Edgewell Personal Care since April 2020. With extensive experience in global rewards strategies, compensation management, and HR operations, Anthony has previously held senior roles at HARMAN International, where responsibilities included overseeing global rewards programs for over 30,000 employees and leading compensation strategies during mergers and acquisitions. Anthony's career began at Time Inc., managing compensation and benefits programs, and is underpinned by a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Psychology from the University at Albany.
