Aurea Tholke currently serves as the Head of Marketing for Feminine Care at Edgewell Personal Care, a position held since February 2025. Previously, Aurea worked as a Strategy Consultant for Catena Solutions and as the Interim Director for Starbucks At Home at Nestlé Coffee Partners, where responsibilities included overseeing a brand team and guiding strategic planning. From June 2021 to May 2023, Aurea led the marketing strategy and planning efforts at Nestlé, reporting directly to the CMO, while also contributing to the evolution of the Center for Marketing Excellence. Prior experience includes serving as the Head of Integrated Marketing Communications at Nestlé Nespresso SA, where the first Integrated Communications team in the US was established. Aurea holds an education from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
