As Vice President of Global Innovation and Insights, Camilla is responsible for overseeing the Innovation efforts and Insights capability for Edgewell’s portfolio of consumer brands. As a purpose-driven business leader, she brings more than two decades of combined marketing and agency experience in the U.S. and global markets with a proven track record in developing, revitalizing, and expanding well-known brands, most recently in the personal care and skin care space.
Before being named Vice President of Global Innovation and Insights, Camilla was the Director of Global Marketing for Edgewell’s Sun Care brands, where she led global marketing and product development, as well as international market expansion efforts for Hawaiian Tropic and Banana Boat. Throughout her tenure, Camilla has held many roles within the company. She first joined the company in 2008 when it was still a part of Energizer Holdings, as Sr. Global Business Manager on Hawaiian Tropic. During that time, she worked on the post-acquisition transition of the Hawaiian Tropic business from its original founder and then led the brand’s first global relaunch in 2010. She later went on to be the Sr. Brand Manager for Women’s Shave in the U.S to run the launch of Schick Hydro Silk.
Prior to joining Edgewell, she was the Brand Manager for U.S. Marketing, Mott’s Juice at Cadbury Schweppes Americas Beverages, where she led brand marketing of the U.S. Mott’s apple juice business. Prior to that, she was a Brand Manager at The Meow Mix Company. Earlier in her career, Camilla worked in Account Management for various advertising agencies in NYC developing ad campaigns for several packaged goods brands from Unilever and Nestle.
Camilla earned her Bachelor’s Degree in communication from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana.
