Irene D'Rozario

Irene D'Rozario serves as the VP of Total Rewards & People Operations at Edgewell Personal Care since February 2025. Previously, Irene held the position of SVP, Global Total Rewards & HR Technology at Hasbro from April 2023 to December 2024, where the focus was on creating competitive total rewards programs linked to performance metrics. Irene has extensive experience in total rewards strategy, having served as Head of Total Rewards at American Express Global Business Travel, navigating challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, and as SVP of Total Rewards at SunTrust, where incentive plans were redesigned to align with market standards. Irene's tenure also includes leadership roles at GE Capital, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Citi. Educational credentials include an Executive Master's in HR Management & Leadership from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Pace University, complemented by executive education at Harvard Business School.
