Tori Guida

Tori Guida is a seasoned professional in total rewards and human resources management, currently serving as the VP of Total Rewards and People Operations at Vertex Inc. since June 2022. Prior to this role, Tori held the position of Head of Global Total Rewards at Eventbrite from November 2021 to June 2022 and served as SVP of Total Rewards and HR Systems at Zelis from July 2020 to November 2021. Tori’s extensive experience in compensation includes leadership roles at S&P Global, where responsibilities included Head of Global Compensation and Senior Director of Executive Compensation, as well as serving as VP of Compensation at Wyndham Worldwide for nearly a decade. Tori’s career began at BNY Mellon Shareowner Services and included a VP role at AST focusing on implementation. Tori earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Caldwell University in 2007.
