Kristin Yamada

Kristin Yamada, PhD, MPH, DABT, is a seasoned toxicologist currently serving as a Principal Toxicologist at Edgewell Personal Care since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles at L'Oréal where Kristin provided safety support for cosmetic products and contributed to product stewardship and regulatory compliance. Kristin's expertise was further developed at Revlon as a staff toxicologist and during graduate studies at UCLA, focusing on molecular mechanisms related to toxicology and environmental health. Academic experience includes teaching toxicology at Loyola Marymount University and coordinating sustainability programs at UCLA. Kristin holds a PhD in Molecular Toxicology, an MPH in Environmental Health Sciences, and a BS in Chemistry.
