Ommar Then is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and project management within the consumer products industry. Currently serving as Sr. Operations Manager at Edgewell Personal Care since March 2019, Ommar has previously held roles including Operations Manager, Sr. Production Supervisor, and Production Manager. Ommar's background includes leadership positions at Cosmetic Essence Innovations and Energizer, emphasizing cross-functional team collaboration and operational initiatives. Ommar’s military experience with the US Air Force includes roles in manpower and quality, as well as avionics. Ommar holds an MBA from Wilmington University and a B.S. in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University, supplemented by an AAS in Human Resource Management and another in Avionics Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
