Taryn Dalmasso

Taryn Dalmasso is an experienced operations leader with a rich background in the consumer goods and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Edgewell Personal Care since July 2011, Taryn oversees all operational activities for the Fem Care Business Unit, working collaboratively with sales, marketing, finance, and R&D to achieve service and sales objectives. Prior to this role, Taryn held positions including Operations Director and Plant Director at Edgewell, managing facilities that produce billions of feminine care products and blades annually. Taryn's previous experience at Energizer Holdings included roles such as Assistant Plant Manager and Value Stream Manager, where focus was on battery manufacturing and quality assurance. Taryn earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
