Linda Whitesell

Linda Whitesell, SPC, CSM, PMP, and SSAC, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program direction and agile coaching. Currently serving as Program Director for the MSc Organizational Psychology program at Edgewood University since June 2025, Linda is dedicated to enhancing global student experiences. Previously, as Associate Director of Agile Coaching at Humana, Linda successfully reorganized teams to improve compliance and delivery of healthcare solutions. At WNA Ltd, Linda directed Business Agility Transformation efforts, promoting quality engineering practices. Linda's notable tenure at AT&T included leadership roles in business agility transformation, training over 700 employees, and establishing a Lean-Agile Center of Excellence, achieving significant shifts toward scaled agile methodologies. Linda's educational background includes a Corporate Executive Development Program from SMU Cox School of Business, an M.S. in Management of Technology from The University of Texas at San Antonio, and a B.S. in Computer Studies from University of Maryland Global Campus.
