Chriselda Bazaldua

Chriselda Bazaldua has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Chriselda is currently employed at Edgewood ISD, where they hold the position of Chief of CCMR & Information Systems since June 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of CCMR & CTE from July 2019 to June 2021.

Before joining Edgewood ISD, Chriselda worked at South San Antonio ISD. Chriselda'sroles at South San Antonio ISD included Director of Student Empowerment and Choice Programs from August 2018 to July 2019, Director of Heath Science Academy from May 2017 to August 2018, Principal from March 2015 to May 2017, Assistant Principal at Alan B Shepard Middle School from February 2013 to March 2015, and Math Teacher at Alan B Shepard Middle School from August 2009 to February 2013.

Chriselda Bazaldua earned a Bachelor of Arts with a teacher certification in History from St. Mary's University in 2007. In 2010 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Texas A&M University-San Antonio. Later, from 2017 to 2020, Chriselda completed their Doctor of Education (EdD) with a specialization in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
