Stephanie Ochoa is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching and interpretation. Currently serving as a Teacher of American Sign Language at Tuloso-Midway High School since July 2018, Stephanie also teaches 6th Grade English Language Arts at Edgewood ISD since August 2016, focusing on cross-curricular lessons. Previous roles include being a 5th Grade Intervention Teacher at Corpus Christi Independent School District and an Inclusion Teacher at Flour Bluff ISD. Additionally, Stephanie has significant experience as a Freelance Interpreter for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing and as an American Sign Language Interpreter at CCISD. Stephanie holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, complemented by an Associate's degree in Interpreting for the Deaf from Del Mar College.
