Scott Webster

Scott Webster is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in high-end dining and club environments. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Edgewood Valley Country Club since April 2024, Scott has previously held the position of Executive Sous Chef at the University Club of Chicago and Executive Chef at Sunset Ridge Country Club. Scott's career also includes significant roles as Executive Sous Chef at Skokie Country Club and Sous Chef at the Country Club of Jackson, along with an earlier position as a cook at Aquavit. Scott is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, holding an Associates degree in Culinary Arts.
