Zach Batchelder

Zach Batchelder has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Zach began their career as a Dietary Assistant at Ignatius Senior-Living Care Homes in 2011. In 2014, they became a Sports Nutrition Counselor at California State University, Chico. In 2015, they joined United Indian Health Services as a W.I.C. Nutrition Assistant and later became a W.I.C. Nutrition Coordinator. In 2017, they began working at Cruise as an Autonomous Vehicle Trainer I and later became an Autonomous Vehicle Trainer II. In 2018, they joined Pony.ai as an Operations Coordinator, Autonomous Vehicle Operator, and Operations Lead. In 2022, they began working at Edgeworx as an Operations Manager.

Zach Batchelder's education history includes a Bachelor's degree from California State University, Chico in Nutrition & Food Science with a Communication Option and emphasis in Sports Nutrition, obtained between 2012 and 2015. Zach also holds an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree from Diablo Valley College in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General, obtained between 2009 and 2012. Batchelder's educational background also includes a high school diploma from College Park High School, obtained between 2005 and 2009. In addition, they hold certifications in HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point) Certification (obtained in May 2013), ServSafe Food Protection Managerial Certification (obtained in March 2013), ServSafe Food Handling Certification (obtained in December 2011) and CPR & AED from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association (obtained in February 2016). Zach also holds an Autonomous Vehicle Test Permit from the California Department of Motor Vehicles.
